Humble beginnings to the world stage

Peach Couture was founded by designer Arti Singh, who began sketching and creating in the basement of her home. From those humble beginnings, her designs soon made their way to the First Lady’s Luncheon and celebrity events — proof that passion and purpose can turn dreams into reality.
Arti Singh — Designer, Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, a Mother, a Daughter, and a Voice for Women Everywhere.

Our Journey

Arti’s mission always extended beyond fashion. She believed that style should empower those who make it.Driven by this conviction, Arti traveled to Nepal and remote Himalayan regions to meet the artisans, many of whom were women working under difficult conditions. She spent months in villages, learning ancient weaving techniques, understanding their challenges, and forging relationships built on respect and trust. Nepal, a small and underprivileged country nestled between China and India, faces unique struggles with limited resources and fragile opportunities. Arti saw first-hand how handwoven cashmere could be a lifeline for women and their families. Through Peach Couture, she launched micro-programs to train, equip, and support these women — transforming each purchase into hope and sustenance.

Ethical Cashmere: Compassion in Every Thread

Unlike conventional fashion supply chains, Peach Couture is built on the principle that luxury should never come at the cost of cruelty.

  • No animals are harmed. Our cashmere is gathered only through natural seasonal shedding and gentle hand-combing, a process that causes no pain.

  • Better for the goats. This responsible grooming actually improves the health and comfort of Himalayan goats by reducing excess hair and preventing matting during warmer months.

  • Sustainable livelihoods. By protecting animals while supporting herders, Peach Couture helps preserve ecosystems, cultural traditions, and animal welfare together.

And here’s something to reflect on: your purchase of just one cashmere shawl can help a Nepalese woman feed her family for weeks. For women in Nepal — a tiny, under-resourced country caught between global giants — every handwoven piece represents survival, dignity, and empowerment.

“We guarantee every Peach Couture scarf is ethically sourced, 100% non‑toxic and designed to last for decades not seasons.”

Craft + Ethics, Hand in Hand

Ethical Sourcing & Fair Wages

Arti ensures that each material used in Peach Couture is chosen with integrity. Yarn sourced from Himalayan artisans, natural dyes, and transparent pricing — always honoring the hands that made it.

Women Empowerment

Every Peach Couture piece carries with it a story of shared success. By investing in women-led workshops and artisan communities, Arti supports livelihoods, education, and sustainable futures.

Global Recognition, Local Roots

While Peach Couture now reaches clients around the world, Arti never forgets her roots. The basement studio, the early trials, the first markets — they remain part of the brand’s spirit, grounding her in humility and service.

 Join the Journey
