Refund Policy:

HASSLE FREE RETURNS: If you are not satisfied you can return the product for a refund within 30 days of your purchase for a Refund (less shipping) or an Exchange- No restocking Fee & No Questions Asked. 

With every purchase, you will receive an Invoice. On that invoice, it gives you an option to either return, or exchange. Please specify which you would like with a check, then send this invoice back with your return. All refunds under Free shipping are issued less original shipping fee (please review shipping policy).

All Special Custom Embroidery, Custom Printed and Special Orders will require your final approval, once you approve special orders are Not Returnable. Special requests & shipping charges are Non Refundable: Example: Overnight, 2 Day Air, International Shipping etc

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

  1. Items marked as final sale.
  2. Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  3. Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
  4. Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
  5. Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  6. Any Under Garments under New York Law Section 390-D.
  7. Unsellable Merchandise with No Resale Value.

By placing an order on this site you agree to the fact that items shipped under Free shipping would be sent via Best method available with the tracking info. and Guaranteed Delivery, Additional Insurance is available at an extra cost. By choosing to place an order you agree that if you decide to return you will process the return at your expense and that original shipping is non refundable (under Free Shipping promo actual shipping would be deducted on returns).

For a limited time we are offering Free Shipping on all orders over $100 and No Restocking Fee. We would issue full refund once you return the order at your expense. After the Free Returns promotion ends, actual shipping would be charged on all returns deducted from the order total shipped under Free Shipping.

 Packaging Requirements:

  • Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape.
  • By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on.
  • We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
  • Must be returned with original Packaging. Please place it inside a larger packing/box. Example: Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.
