When will my order be shipped ?
Usually all orders received before cut-off time of 10:00 AM E.S.T, Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day, all orders placed after cut-off time will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday with be shipped the following business day. UPS/ Fedex is used whenever possible. However "Common Carrier" can be selected in special cases.
What if my order was shipped under Free Shipping and I want to return my order?
For a limited time we are offering Free Returns on all orders over $100 i.e No Restocking Fee and no shipping charge for original order even though you return all the items. We would issue a full refund once you return the order at your expense. After the Free Returns promotion ends, actual shipping would be charged on all returns deducted from the order total shipped under Free Shipping. For all orders shipped under Free Shipping which are less then $100 we charge actual shipping on returns before we process refunds.
How much Shipping would I be charged ?

Regular Rates after Promotion Ends (Orders up to $25 are charged flat Shipping of $6.99 All orders upto $50 are charged 8.95 Shipping and Orders upto $100 are charged $9.95 Shipping. All orders over $100 are shipped Free under Free Shipping promotion.

Do you provide Return Labels ?
We do not provide pick tickets or return labels. We get same rates as you may from USPS and other Carriers and it is more cost effective for you to choose the carrier at your convenience.
How do I buy Insurance ?
Your package comes prepaid & insured with tracking number/ delivery confirmation. Please feel free to contact us if you think you need extra insurance.
What if I want to use my shipping account Instead ?

How do I know my items have been shipped ?
All Packages are shipped with Tracking Information. All orders are notified Tracking via email but you can also call us @ 516-470-1122 to get shipment status and your tracking info.
